As I grew older, I felt so overwhelmed with all kinds of conflicting emotions and thoughts.
It’s all part of growing up, I know.
But it became harder and harder to remain rational and calm.
And I realized, I need to clear out my thoughts.
As a psychology major, the first rule of clearing your thoughts out would be to pen everything down. That way, you could get a clearer vision of your situation.
This is where everything will be documented. All my memories and thoughts.
